Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QUARDZY ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

QUARDZY lets you create QR codes that display advertising before redirecting to your destination URL, and earn a share of the resulting ad revenue. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Traffic Quality

You may not generate artificial, incentivized, automated, or otherwise invalid traffic to your QR codes. We operate automated fraud detection; codes or accounts found to be generating invalid traffic may be suspended and associated earnings withheld or reversed.

5. Earnings, Clearing & Payouts

Earnings accrue as pending and clear only after a holding period that aligns with our advertising partners' chargeback windows. Cleared balances may be withdrawn subject to identity verification (KYC) and a minimum threshold. We may reverse earnings that are later determined to stem from invalid traffic.

6. Identity Verification

Withdrawals require completing identity verification. We may request additional documentation for compliance and anti-fraud purposes.

7. Pro Subscription, Auto-Renewal & Refunds

Pro is an optional paid plan billed through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for these transactions. Your Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds. When a subscription lapses, QR codes that showed your own offer revert to a plain redirect.

8. Your Offer Content

If you use Pro to show your own offer or link instead of an ad, you are solely responsible for that destination and its content, and you represent that you have the right to use it and that it complies with applicable law. QUARDZY acts only as a technical conduit that displays and redirects to content you supply; we do not endorse it and are not a party to any transaction between you and your visitors. You will indemnify QUARDZY against claims arising from your offer content or destinations. We may remove or disable content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, deceptive, or violates these Terms.

9. Self-Billing for Payouts

Ad-revenue payouts to you may be documented using self-billing, meaning QUARDZY prepares the payout statement or invoice on your behalf for the amounts we pay you. By requesting withdrawals you agree to this self-billing arrangement, agree not to raise your own invoice for the same amounts, and agree to notify us if your tax status changes. You are responsible for any taxes due on amounts you receive.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUARDZY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost earnings arising from suspension due to invalid traffic.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
