Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Data We Collect

Account data (email, authentication details), payout and identity-verification (KYC) information you provide, and technical data from QR scans — including IP address, user agent, approximate country, timestamps, and a hashed device signature (derived from browser and device characteristics such as canvas/WebGL rendering, timezone, screen size, and language) — used for revenue attribution and fraud prevention on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the network free of invalid traffic. This fraud-prevention data is collected on every ad-enabled scan; separately, in the EU, EEA, and UK we ask for consent before loading any third-party advertising cookies or scripts.

2. How We Use Data

To operate the Service, attribute and clear earnings, process withdrawals, verify identity, detect and prevent invalid traffic and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Scan Data of Your Visitors

When someone scans your QR code, we process limited technical data about that request to serve advertising and validate traffic quality. We do not sell this data.

4. Advertising Partners

Ads are served through third-party networks that may process visitor data under their own privacy policies. We share only what is necessary to serve ads and reconcile revenue.

5. Data Retention

We retain scan and earnings records for as long as needed for attribution, fraud investigation, and legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Account deletion is available from your settings; some records may be retained where legally required.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and optional two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

9. Contact
